Dana is the Executive Director of Training at TAI. Her role involves developing innovative training programs for internal and external associates, with a focus on reinsurance and TAI system capabilities. Dana's team works closely with all TAI associates to ensure they are subject matter experts in reinsurance and the TAI system. She has been with TAI since 2017. Dana and her husband are proud owners of four Labrador retrievers and recently added a German Shorthaired Pointer to their family. They enjoy daily adventures on their farmland.
