Raffaella, also known as Ella, lived in London for almost five years where she worked as a wholesale (re)insurance broker and account executive. She is grateful for her time abroad because it allowed her the ability to travel and work with global markets in various disciplines within the value chain. Those interactions, combined with her experience and passion for the industry, fueled her desire to join the TAI team and obtain her FLMI designation. Ella graduated from the University of Texas and is a huge Longhorns fan. She comes from a large, Italian, sports-loving family and loves watching UT games. In her free time, she trains and competes in powerlifting competitions. Her goal is to qualify for a USAPF Championship within the next few years. Ella also enjoys sketching and live music events.
