Kelly has been in the reinsurance industry for five years and possesses a diverse background in business with broad experience and education in assumed administration, analytical reporting, project forecasting, and client services. Her breadth and depth of knowledge and experience aligns perfectly with her role as Client Experience Associate. Kelly strives to build meaningful connections with clients by actively listening, empathizing, and understanding their needs, establishing a foundation of trust and respect in every interaction. She obtained her MBA from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, and in her free time, she enjoys do-it-yourself home projects. Kelly has a passion for interior design which is her go-to creative outlet.
