Valentin Makharinets is an AVP of Project Delivery at TAI and in his role, he is responsible for setting TAI’s Project Management strategy and for the successful oversight across the whole portfolio of TAI projects. He comes from a technology background and has been in the reinsurance industry for 25 years on both: P&C and Life sides, and prides himself in having a client-centric mentality. Valentin earned his Master’s degree in Life Sciences, followed by postgraduate studies in Applied Psychology.

In his free time, Valentin enjoys international travel with his family, great Canadian outdoors, and martial arts.

Favorite book: Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe.
